Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to everyone who uses RemoteWork Hub.
Short version: this site has no user accounts and no server of its own. We do not ask for your name, email or CV. The only data kept about you sits in your own browser, and you can clear it at any time.
1. Information we collect
We do not operate a database of users and we do not ask you to register. We do not receive, process or store job applications — those go to the employer.
Stored in your browser only
If you use the "Save Job" or "Recently viewed" features, the site stores a short list of job IDs in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not shared with anyone. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Information you send us voluntarily
The contact form opens a message in your own email app. If you choose to send it, we receive whatever you wrote, along with your email address, and keep it only as long as needed to reply.
2. Third parties
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. If advertising is enabled on this site, the ad network may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure and target advertising, subject to that network's own privacy policy. Links to employer websites are governed by those sites' policies, not ours.
3. Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Local storage is used only for the saved-jobs and recently-viewed features described above. Any advertising cookies come from the ad network, and you can block or clear them through your browser settings.
4. Your choices
- Clear saved jobs at any time from the Saved jobs page, or by clearing site data in your browser.
- Block cookies and local storage through your browser settings — the site still works without them.
- Email us to ask what correspondence we hold from you, or to ask us to delete it.
5. Children
This site is intended for adults seeking employment and is not directed at children.
6. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
